Puzzle #11: Extra LETTER

This puzzle’s theme is very meta, in that a letter has been added to the first word of every theme answer to make the second word, and the added  letters spell LETTER. Trippy.

I had fun finding these, looking for the longest ones I could, because those seem more interesting to me. Then I checked to see if they seem clueable, which these all did.  I went with an adjective-noun formation to add some cohesion to the set.

The SE was the toughest to fill cleanly, I found. CEDE crossing BODE is probably the trickiest spot.
